Developing our Team
To meet growth within our contracts we are continually expanding our workforce:
- We host 12 apprentices at any one time; our apprentices receive high quality training and mentorship under a four-year Apprentice Development Program.
- For graduates, the scope of opportunities includes Design, Asset Management, Project Management, Research and Development, Network Operation, Water Treatment Operation, Wastewater Treatment Operation, Business Development, and Professional Services such as Information Technology, Accounting and Human Resources Management. - Our Professional Development Program ensures exposure to exciting and challenging work with opportunities for learning, mentorship, and a broad variety of experience through job rotation. This includes interstate and overseas experience, and completion of professional management qualifications.
