Service Requests and Emergencies

If you wish to make a service request or alert us to an emergency issue, we recommend you telephone the 24 hour customer service number listed below for your region. This ensures your service request is received and dispatched to our maintenance crews as quickly as possible.

When you call, please be ready to provide us with as much information as possible.

For example, if you are reporting a burst/leaking water main or a wastewater overflow, please provide us with:

The street and suburb, with a nearest
street number if possible
Example - “Outside number 35 Gary Drive in Jackson Heights”
Adjoining street information Example - “Near the corner Wilson street” OR “Between John St and Jill Avenue”
A description of the problem Example – “A slow leak near the gutter” OR “A large burst in the centre of the road”
Advice on any property damage Example – “Water is seeping into the front of house number 12”
The time you first noticed the problem Example – “I noticed this 15 minutes ago while driving to work”

Please also provide your name and contact phone number, in case we need to contact you to give you an update or ask for more information.

Also, if you notice a change in the nature of the problem you reported, such as an increase in water flow or a change in the road surface around the location of the leak, please call us back to report the change.

The more information you can provide, the more it will assist us in providing the most efficient response.
